What is the Try On Service and how does it work?
Our in-store Try On Service is your obligation-free way of helping grooms choose their perfect wedding outfit.
Although our stores have a wide range of outfits in-store, it's not always possible for you to try on the complete outfit you've chosen in your exact sizes. The Try On Service means grooms can use the interactive Outfit Builder to create the styles they like, then when they've decided on their favourite, they can ask for it to be sent to their local store to try it on. This will include the trousers, jacket, waistcoat, neckwear and hankie. The Try On Service is not available for Highland or Eveningwear.
Our expert fitters will be able to make any changes you like, from the style or colour of the suit, to the size of jacket you need. When you're happy with your outfit, you can place your order in-store. Remember, as it’s a Try On, the outfit cannot leave the store. If you need to order an outfit at short notice, you should contact your local store directly.
The Try On Service is for grooms only but we recommend you take one of your groomsmen with you for a second opinion and take advantage of the in-store advice on outfits for all your party. Once the groom is happy with the outfit and places his order, his groomsmen can then attend a fitting, as normal.
