Terms & Conditions of Try Ons
- The Try On Service is available from October until April.
- The Try On Service is available for formalwear only and excludes highland and eveningwear.
- The Try On Service is for grooms only and other party members are asked not to use this service. Please note Try On orders that are booked for party members other than the groom may be cancelled.
- Try Ons are limited to one per groom. Each store will hold a small range of stock in different styles for you to view during your Try On.
- The Try On date you have requested may be unavailable. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange another date.
- Your Try On outfit consists of jacket, waistcoat, trousers, neckwear and hankie. It's advisable you wear your own white shirt and dress shoes so you can see how the complete outfit will look on the day.
- You cannot take the outfit home with you and it cannot leave the store.
- There is no charge for this service. We don't take any payment details from you and you're under no obligation to place an order.
- The groom must come for a fitting on the date stated and try on all garments.
- You can only book a Try On online. If you'd like to book your wedding party outfits, this must be done either in-store with your chosen retailer.
- The Try On Service is only available in Mainland UK. The Try On Service is not available in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
- It is the responsibility of the groom to meet their own expenses (e.g. travel costs, time off work, etc.) incurred during this fitting process.
- Due to the prompt dispatch of your outfit we are unlikely to be able to cancel your Try On booking once ordered. However, you can contact our Customer Service Team on 0141 781 6746 to request cancellation and refund. Please note, refunds cannot be processed once the outfit has been dispatched.
